Fuse Concierge turns a tablet at the entrance into a branded digital reception. Visitors sign themselves in, the person they are visiting is notified automatically, and the building keeps a live, accurate record of everyone on site, so reception feels manned without a receptionist, and fire-safety roll-calls are one tap away.
The idea
A manned-feeling reception that runs itself.
A multi-tenanted building wants to feel professional from the front door, but a staffed reception is an expensive thing to run. Concierge gives the building a credible, branded arrival experience on a tablet: visitors are guided through sign-in, hosts are alerted, and directions are shown, all without anyone manning the desk.
It runs as a web application, so there is almost nothing stored on the tablet itself. That makes devices easy to deploy, swap and manage remotely, and it means Fuse looks after the whole thing centrally while the building simply displays it.

The visitor picks the business and the person, or a general enquiry.
Host notified
The host is alerted by email automatically, or shown a number to call, or both.
Directions shown
Clear directions appear, for example the lift to the 6th floor, suite 6B.
When they leave, the visitor signs out with a tap and the screen resets for the next person. The building’s own staff sign in and out on the same tablet too, optionally behind a PIN, so the on-site record is always complete.
Fire safety
A live roll-call, on demand.
Because staff and visitors both sign in on the same system, the building can produce an emergency roll-call at any moment: a print-friendly on-screen list plus a CSV download of everyone currently on site, combining staff and visitors. It is the point that makes Concierge genuinely credible for fire safety, not just a tidy way to greet guests.
A scheduled nightly task clears anyone who forgot to sign out, so the on-site list and the roll-call stay accurate without anyone having to maintain them.
For the building manager
Manage it from a web login, not the tablet.
Each building gets a private manager login. No technical knowledge is needed on site, and changes appear instantly.
