Web booking
Occupiers sign in by magic link or password and book from any phone, tablet or laptop. Live availability across every room, conflicts flagged instantly, and a dashboard to manage their own bookings.
Manage, Fuse Meetings
Fuse Meetings lets occupiers book rooms and shared spaces in seconds from any browser, shows live availability on screens in the lobby, and turns each meeting-room door into a live status display. The result is shared space that feels like a genuine, well-run amenity, branded to the building and managed by Fuse.
The idea
In most buildings, meeting rooms are a coordination problem the tenants resolve among themselves on a shared spreadsheet. Fuse Meetings replaces that with a proper booking layer: book from any device, see live availability everywhere, and grab a free room at the door without going back to a desk.
It is a managed product. Fuse installs it, brands it to the building and looks after it. The tablets and screens hold almost nothing themselves, they simply display the service, so devices are easy to deploy, swap and manage remotely.
Three connected surfaces
The same booking data, shown wherever it is useful, from a phone in a tenant’s hand to the screen in the lobby.
Occupiers sign in by magic link or password and book from any phone, tablet or laptop. Live availability across every room, conflicts flagged instantly, and a dashboard to manage their own bookings.
A small tablet outside each room shows live status, the current booking and what is next. Anyone passing can tap to grab the next free slot. An unattended kiosk, managed remotely, resilient to brief network drops.
A larger display in reception shows the day’s schedule across the building, branded content, contact cards and a clock. Configured block by block, so each building’s layout can differ.
The booking journey
By magic link or password, on phone, tablet or laptop.
Across every room in the building, for any chosen date.
Conflicts flagged immediately; booking rules and capacity enforced.
The booking shows on the foyer screen and at the door within seconds.
Occupiers can edit or cancel their own bookings afterwards, and their dashboard lists what is coming up.
For the building manager
Each building gets its own admin login, given to the landlord, agent or both.
Names, capacity, photos and booking rules for every room.
By email, or add them directly with a copyable sign-in link.
Layout, blocks, branding, theme, orientation and refresh rate.
Across every room, with the ability to edit or cancel on a tenant’s behalf.
Every meaningful action across the building, recorded.
Hide bookings on bank holidays and out of hours, with a branded banner.
Optional, per building
Building logo, welcome image and colours on every surface.
More than one screen, each with its own layout.
Foyer screens can carry building notices or Fuse Media Screens content.
Standing weekly or monthly bookings for regular needs.
Manager sign-off for certain rooms or times, such as the boardroom.
Fuse manages every building from a single platform-wide surface.
Companion
Fuse Meetings handles the rooms once people are inside. Fuse Concierge handles arrival at the front door. They share the same platform and branding, and sold together they make a building feel genuinely well run from kerb to boardroom.
The foyer screen’s content blocks can also carry Fuse Media Screens advertising or the building’s own promotional content, on the same hardware, so a building with booking screens is a short step from screens that earn their keep too.
Who it’s for
Shared meeting rooms become a feature the building can sell on, not a coordination problem, and booking data shows which rooms are used, contested or under-used.
One branded platform to point tenants at, managed by Fuse, that makes the building feel actively run.
Quick booking from any device, no app to install, and walk-up booking at the door for the meeting that was not planned.
